Birthdays always feel like the perfect invitation for reflection, and this year, that reflection has been all about health. Over the past couple of years, I’ve been on a major wellness journey. A mix of overwork, perfectionism, and some bigger health challenges forced me to slow down and rebuild. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve made so much progress, and I want to pause and share what’s been working.
So, to celebrate, I made one of the most random videos I’ve ever posted on YouTube 😊. It’s part reflection and part wellness tech I’ve been loving.
In the video, I talk about:
▶︎ The mindset shifts that have helped me reprioritize my health.
▶︎ A walking pad for concentrated focus.
▶︎ The incredible results I’ve seen from red light therapy.
▶︎ A few other habits that keep me grounded day to day.
Wellness isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating space for what truly matters, today and in the long run. If you’ve been feeling stretched too thin or are looking for new ways to invest in your health, I hope this video sparks some ideas. And if nothing else, maybe it inspires you to pause and ask: What am I saying “yes” to—and what am I unintentionally saying “no” to in the process?
PS: if you’ve experimented with red light therapy, especially for bone health, please let me know. I’d love to learn from your experience.
